Additional Information

N/A F-632 may coagulate during storage, requiring thorough mixing before use each day. For best results, a high speed air or explosion proof electric drum mixer along with a Cowles® or other dispersion blade gives the maximum combination of high shear, excellent flow and circulation. Diameters of 3” for mixing five gallon containers and 7” for mixing 50 gallon drums. Note: It has been found that the dispersion blades are highly effective, fast and produce more shearing action than can be obtained from a standard mixing blade or paddle. Occasional gentle mixing every 2 hours is recommended.

Surface Preparations

N/A All surfaces to be glued must be free of any oils, dust or other foreign matter. Lightly wipe down vinyl with alcohol and let dry. Cut patch material to size; round patch corners. For best results, use in temperatures above 50°F.

USE ADEQUATE VENTILATION.

Light Gauge Vinyl

N/A Apply VYNA BOND sparingly to patch, let dry 1-3 minutes and press firmly into place. Allow 2-4 hours dry time for normal use. Allow 24-36 hours dry time for maximum strength.

Heavy Gauge Vinyl

N/A Apply VYNA BOND liberally to patch, let dry 1-3 minutes and press firmly, squeezing all air bubbles out of repair area. Allow 24-36 hours dry time for maximum strength.

Large Tears

N/A Cut off or locate a similar piece of vinyl. Apply VYNA BOND liberally to both surfaces, let dry 1-3 minutes and press firmly into place. Allow 2-4 hours dry time for normal use. Allow 24-36 hours dry time for maximum strength.

Adhering Vinyl Based Foams Together

N/A Apply Vyna Bond liberally to both surfaces, let dry 1-3 minutes then press together firmly. Allow 2-4 hours dry time or 24-36 hours if applying coatings to the foam.

Hints

N/A Under normal conditions thinning is not necessary. If it is needed, use Methyl Ethyl Ketone. Allow overnight drying whenever possible. If poor initial bond results, re-apply a thin coat and press together immediately. Avoid excessive air movement, heat or humidity. Always use proper ventilation and protection.
