F-717 and F-719 are synthetic rubber coatings that exhibit the ultimate in durability and strength in the foam coatings industry. These coatings can be applied to polyethylene, EVA, as well as to many plastics such as ABS.

Previously referred to as PDC® 11 coatings, these have been in use in the medical industry for over a decade and exhibit excellent abrasion, puncture, moisture and urine resistance. Typical applications are foam positioning devices, buoys, sporting goods and padding, packaging, seat cushions, boat and dock bumpers. F-717 is an excellent choice for protecting polyethylene, polypropylene, EVA and mini-cell closed cell foam used for foam packaging and case inserts, preventing FOD.

F-753 Muraculon is a unique vinyl based coating that when spray applied provides a durable, flexible protective coating on polyurethane foams. F-753 can also be used on molded polyurethane and closed cell foam containing vinyl.

F-753 Muraculon coating is most commonly used as "edge spray" for noise deadening/ insulation foam products for over the road, heavy equipment and agricultural equipment. F-753 is a tough coating that adds durability, moisture, heat, UV, abrasion, puncture and chemical resistance to foam products used in severe conditions. F-753 is also used for protecting acoustical panels for interior noise abatement. F-753 is also performs well for protecting polyurethane foam packaging and case inserts, preventing FOD. F-753 Muraculon is an excellent, cost effective replacement for Hypalon® coating.

F-818 is a vinyl based coating designed to coat vinyl nitril, NBR, and EVA foams with a high (12% +) vinyl content. F-818 has excellent chemical, petroleum, abrasion, moisture and UV resistance. F-818 can be used on items such as key fobs, can coolers, medical cushioning, pool floats, sporting goods, padding, wrestling mats, etc.

F-874 Muraculon will produce a skin/membrane on unskinned polyurethane foam to create a barrier to moisture and chemicals. This skin has excellent resistance to fluids and petroleums. F-874 is a tough coating that adds durability to foam and imparts abrasion as well as puncture resistance.

These qualities find particular use in the medical industry, where cushioning and positioning devices are fabricated and used in sterile environments, as well as therapeutic practices. Other uses include cushioning for athletic devices, seat cushions, packaging and acoustical panels. F-874 is an excellent, cost effective replacement for Hypalon® coating.

F-877’s’ is a fast dry, high quality, water base vinyl used for IMC (in mold coating) or PMC (post mold coating) as a finish coat over an IMC or directly on other types of foam such as EVA, PVC, polystyrene or minicell.

Applications include athletic padding, medical pads, seating, automotive components, polypropylene buoys, polystyrene dock floatation blocks, etc.... F-877’s’ is also a high solids, very low V.O.C. material, which makes it an Emission Control Coating System, eccs®.

F-861 Liquid Powder is a high quality, vinyl concentrate, dry blend replacement. It’s used to manufacture (mix) vinyl paint used to spray or dip coat martial arts gear, pool floats, wrestling mats, medical products, novelty items made using vinyl nitrile, NBR and EVA foams with a high (12% +) vinyl content.

The term Liquid Powder refers to the liquid concentrate form, which our F-861 is packaged in. Its’ advantages are less space for storage (450lb drums vs 350lb drums for dry blends), mix time is cut up to 50%, easier to handle (easy pour or pump liquid), no “caking" or compacting, no "leaching" of ingredients into container when stored and most of all, because of its unique manufacturing process, it remains consistent from batch to batch.
